Pricing Information

Every closet system is custom designed; your price will depend greatly on the features and options you select to meet your specific needs and tastes

Following your free in-home consultation, the price you are quoted will include a 3-D perspective design of what your closet will look like, all materials, accessories and hardware, and custom installation.

We only require 10% deposit to start the job. Payment for installation and other services provided by Payless Closets are due at the time work is completed.

For our customers’ convenience, we also offer the following optional services for a nominal fee:

• Site Preparation – This covers the removal of old closet fixtures, patching & preparing walls, and “touch-up” painting. Please give the installer the appropriate paint upon arrival.
• Old Fixture Disposal – This includes breakdown and proper waste disposal of any of your old closet fixtures.

Please be sure the installation date will work for you, as there is a 10% rescheduling fee (to a maximum of $200.00) if you need to reschedule with less than 5 days notice.

Someone must be home, or special arrangements are to be made to allow for entry. If leaving another person in charge, they must be over the age of 18.

Once the installation is complete we request that you be available at the completion of the installation to review the features of you new storage system.

If you cannot be there to review your system and make final payment, please make payment arrangements in advance.
